As you enter Casa Manaña, you will see the ocean and the breath-taking view across to Playa del Carman and X’caret through floor to ceiling (11 feet high) sliding glass doors that cover the back wall of the great room.
With 3,000 square feet of living space, Casa Manaña is perfect for large groups of friends or family. It sleeps 10 comfortably and the large hacienda-style dining table seats this number easily. Appetizers, drinks and meals can also be enjoyed at the dining table on the terrace.
Casa Manaña’s fully-equipped kitchen, complete with bar stools and granite counter tops has a reverse osmosis water purification system for drinking water and ice, modern appliances, and even a blender for making margaritas and other favorite libations. Cook services can be provided for a nominal charge.
Each of the four bedroom suites (three with king beds and one with two queens) has a balcony and its own private bath with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling Mexican tile. An additional half-bath is conveniently located off the great room.
If you are a diver, Cozumel offers the finest drift diving
in the world. Dive boats will pick you up at El Cantil’s private
boat dock. After diving, you can rinse your gear at the dive rinse tank
and lock it up in Casa Manaña’s private basement storage locker
so you don’t have to drag wet, heavy gear up and down the elevator.

away from your front door, the town of San Miguel is a three-block walk

The full-time management is multi-lingual and
provides daily maid service. The management can also arrange for trips
and activities including day trips to X’caret and Mayan ruins, renting
a scooter or car, babysitters and even grocery shopping and private chefs.
There is no smoking allowed in Casa Manaña. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and outside by prior written arrangement only
Dive, tour the island, enjoy the beach and multi-level pool at the ocean’s edge or take a siesta on the terrace. The biggest decision of the day is where to eat dinner.
