There are four bedroom suites, each with its own attached private bath with shower.  Two king bed suites open onto the covered oceanfront terrace with spa.  One king bed suite has both town and ocean views.  The other suite has a queen bed and a daybed and has town views.  These are photos of all four suites. All suites have side tables, reading lamps, a ceiling fan (of course, Casa Del Mar has central air conditioning, two zones), hair dryer, closet, safe, pillows, linens, towels, washcloths, soap, etc.

The ship at anchor is the Octopus, the second-largest privately-owned yacht in the world (owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen). Look closely. See the tiny figure on the deck? That's Paul gazing at Casa Del Mar, wishing he could stay here.
