We strongly encourage you to tip your maid, who will keep your condo spotless. $2.00 per person per day is suggested. We also encourage you to tip your bellman/doorman at your discretion.

Half of the rent is due upon confirmation of your reservation and the receipt of the rental agreement. You can pay this with a check, money order or credit card. The balance is due no less than 45 days before arrival.
