This photo was taken from one of the two balconies of Suite #3. Both Suites 3 and 4 have balconies with sliding glass doors, but they are not large -- about 2' wide by 6' long. Suites 1 and 2 have sliding glass doors opening to the 50-foot oceanfront terrace.
This view is to the south. The street is Ave. Melgar, the main north-south street in Cozumel. It runs along the ocean. The building to the left is part of the shopping mall/multiplex/convention center complex. The building to the right is Plaza Las Glorias hotel.
This is taken from the same balcony as the previous picture. Chedraui is the Mexican version of Super WalMart. This complex also has a small shopping mall, fast food, a small restaurant/bar, a laundry/dry cleaner, rental car agency, clothing stores, an Internet cafe, multiplex cinema, etc.

This is taken from the balcony of Suite 4, looking north along Ave. Melgar. The white roof of the Municipal Building (City Hall, main police station) is in the right foreground. Just beyond that is a park (the staging area for the Mexican Independence Day fireworks display!), then a disco, restaurants, etc. The large white building is Punta Langosta, the most upscale shopping mall on the island. It's also a cruise ship dock. Beyond that is the main part of town and the ferry dock.
The other views from this balcony are essentially the same as the first two photos above.
Suites 1 and 2 front on the ocean and have no town views.
