The ocean at your back door, the town at your front!
Casa Phoenix

At El Cantil
Cozumel Island, Mexican Caribbean

There Is Nothing That Compares!

www.CozumelParadise.com

Casa Phoenix has been constructed by an American builder using the best materials to American luxury standards. The building is built entirely of solid concrete, with interior walls of concrete block. It withstood, with very minor damage, a direct hit from a once-in-100-years Category 5 hurricane that stalled over Cozumel for 48 hours.

Casa Phoenix is 2756 square feet, plus almost 500 square feet of covered oceanfront terrace. That's over 3200 square feet of tropical oceanfront living.

The entrance is at the lower right, just off the elevator. The living room features a huge 10' high full glass wall with sliding glass doors onto the terrace. The terrace is 50 feet long, 10 feet wide, and has chaises, a dining table, chairs -- and even a private hot tub!

The ocean view from the terrace is indescribable -- the pictures don't do it justice.

There are four master suites, each with its own attached private bath.

Both the Cozumel Suite, upper left as Bedroom 1, and the Beach Suite, upper right as Bedroom 2, have king beds and sliding glass doors to the 50-foot covered terrace.

Additionally, the Cozumel Suite has a window with a wonderful ocean view. The picture on the left was taken from that window. The picture immediately below it was taken from the terrace. This Suite also has a TV with its own Dish Network + HBO (separate receiver from the living room) and DVD.

The Divers' Suite (Bedroom 3), lower left in the floor plan, has two queen beds (not the one bed shown on the drawing) and two small balconies with sliding glass doors. One of these balconies has a partial view of the ocean and the island looking south. The other balcony offers a deep view of town looking east with the jungle beyond. This Suite also has DVD, but not TV reception..

The Tropical Suite, lower right as Bedroom 4, has a king bed and one small balcony with a sliding glass door. The view is the same as the balcony next to it in Suite 3 -- a deep view of town looking east with the jungle beyond. From this balcony you have a small partial ocean view.

All the bathrooms are covered with gorgeous Mexican tiles. The vanities are marble. Here's a picture of one of the baths.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything we could think of. The appliances are GE and Frigidaire and the cabinets are Kraftmaid. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4. All the counters are natural deep green granite.

Not shown in this picture is the freestanding Elephant Bar across from the breakfast bar. It seats 3-4.

The dining room seats up to 8.

The living room is furnished with a large, custom-made Natuzzi leather sectional sofa we imported from Italy, a widescreen LCD stereo TV with surround sound, Dish Network with American programming including HBO, a DVD player and a CD player. DSL (wireless and wired) is in the condo and of course you have unlimited use.

You can also call the U.S. and Canada for FREE.
