We strongly encourage you to tip your maid, who will keep your condo
spotless 7 days a week. $2.00 per person per day is suggested. We
also encourage you to tip your bellman/doorman at your own discretion.
Half of the rent is due upon
confirmation of your reservation and the receipt of the rental agreement.
You can pay this with a check, money order or credit card. The balance
is due no less than 45 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
If, for any reason, you cancel your reservation 60 days or more
prior to your reservation date you will receive a full refund of
all monies paid. Our management has indicated that they MAY charge
us a 20% cancellation fee. If they do, we must charge that fee.
If you cancel less than 60 days before your reservation, and we
are able to re-book Casa Phoenix for the dates of your reservation,
you will receive a full refund. We promise to make our best efforts
to re-book the dates of your reservation. If we are not able to
re-book for the dates you cancelled you will receive a full credit
toward a future stay at prevailing rates less any cancellation fee
lour management may charge.
We have a generous case-by-case
